Running is the foundation to majority of sports , a movement that comes very natural to human beings.
It can look like a simple and easy movement: lace up your shoes and run until you tired…… Actually is more than that , in fact a lot of people find it very difficult to improve their running skills . For this valid reason I created a 28 days of running foundation , that includes a mix of aerobic and anaerobic runs.
